We would like to report the following errata in Table 4, and request that these items be revised appropriately.

  • In Table 4B (p. 198), under "CAP, Positive", the value "67" should be "37". As a result, the total beneath that entry should be revised from "63" to "57" (20 + 37 = 57).

  • In the same table, under "CAP, Negative" the value "78" should instead be "84" (50 + 34 = 84).

Please find attached a revised version of the table.
