Post-traumatic intramural hematoma of duodenum is a relatively a rare condition, however, the incidence isincreasing. These conditions can be occured spontaneously in a few cases from other authors by a localizedcollection of blood extravasates into the subserosal and interstitial tissues of intestine. The correctpreoperative diagnosis has been made by roentgenological study since the striking of picket fence and coild springappearance of roentgen sign. We have experienced a case of rather classical shape of post-traumatic intramuralhamatoma of duodenum which was diagnosed preoperatively by roentgenologic study.
