Abstract
Brown tumors of bone has been long recognized as a complication of primary hyperparathyroidism. Not until,1963, however, was a brown tumor noted in association with secondary hyperparathyroidism. Recently, a considerablehigher incidence of primary hyperparathyroidism has been recognized. So, the authors reported a case of primaryhyperpathyroidism with multiple brown tumors and reassessed the importance of radiological examination.
