A new method was described for double cotrast visualization of nasopharynx. With conventional spray atomizer, barium suspension was introduced to nasopharynx by simple sparying through nostril. Because this technic is inexpensive and without complications, we introduce and recomend the procedure as a diagnostic tool of nasopharyngeal tumor and its follow-up study after treatment.
