We have experienced a case of gastric tuberculosis of 19 year-old Korean girl, confirmed by laparatomy andbiopsy. Upper gastrointestinal series showed stenotic lesion at prepyloric area of the stomach. Another stenoticlesion was found at ileocecal region in small bowel series.
