Abstract
A case of Unusual tumefactive renal tuberculosis in a young woman is reported with brief review ofliteratures. Radiographic findings of excretory pyelography shows markedly displaced pelvoclyceal system of theleft kidney by a large parenchymal mass containing small calcifications without definite morphological changes ofthe collecting system. Selective renal angiogram show fine irregular neovascularites and tumor staining in themass as like a relatively hypovascular solid tumor of the kidney.
