Abstract
The retrospective evaluation of 50 cases of head trauma that were subjected to CT leads to the followingconclusion; 1. CT survey, should be the first neuroradiological procedures to performe. 2. There is generally adirect relationship between the severity of clinical presentation and the CT findings of the abnormality;responsible for the clinical status, the number and intensity of tissue abnormalities on CT scans increaseproportionately with the severity of the clinical signs and symptoms. 3. An accuracy is 100% in diagnosis of intraand extracerebral collections of blood. 4. The causes of acute head tauma were automobile, 64% and falling down,32%.
