Mirizzi syndrom is a rare disorder characterized by obstruction of common hepatic duct due to impactedgallbladder neck or dystic duct stone and is an uncommon cause of obstructive jaundice. Authors experienced onecase of Mirizzi syndrome mimicked lobulated intraductal tumor.
