Abstract
A characteristic sonographic pattern that suggest a bowel lesion, called "Pseudokidney Sign" because itresembles the ultrasonic appearance of the kidney- echogenic core which represents mucus coated mucosa or bowelgas and sonolucent halo of bowel wall. The advantage of ultrasonography in bowel lesions are further evaluation of extraluminal extension and metastasis lesions to regional organs with ease. So, we analysed 21 cases shown "Pseudokidney Sign' by ultrasonography before barium study.
