The aortic arch anomalies are classified on the basis of Edward's hypothetical double arch paln(1948). Among these the combination of right aortic arch with aberrant innominate artery and left ductus arteriosus is very rare. The purpose of this report is to announce our recent experience of this rare type of anomaly briefly.
