With the development of software program and special accessory devices affixed to the moving table, thetechnique of multiplanar direct coronal and sagittal CT became available. Multiplanar direct coronal and sagittal images were compared with shown more exactly craniocaudal extensions. As the rsults, these techniques can be more informative to the physician and patients in the preoperative evaluation and the decision of therapeutic plans.
