Conjoined twins represent a rare congenital abnormality, occurring at a frequency of 1:30,000 to 100,000 livebirths. Of the various forms of this condition, cephalic conjoining or craniopagus compromised 6% of the total,making the appearance of this disorder 0.6 per million births. In most cases of craniopagus twins, surgical separation is attempted. Radiologic methods may be used in evaluating the site of contact between the two headsand relation of one brain to the other. A case of conjoined twins was delivered by caesarian section from a24-year-old multiparous women at OB & GY Department, Wonju Christian Hospital. Gestational period was 29 weeks andboth twins dies after birth. We describe the radiologic investigation of craniopagus twins, partial type.
