Chondrosarcoma are malignant cartilagenous tumors. Which may infiltrate locally, recur, or metastasize. CT density of the tumor is variable, depending on the amount of myxoid matrix. The authors experienced a case ofchondreosarcoma with retroperitoneal metastasis, which is presented as a cystic mass on CT, due to myxoidcomponent.
