Congenital mesoblastic nephroma is a benign renal tumor that appears as a neonatal abdominal mass. We haveexperienced a case of congenital mesoblastic nephroma. The ultrasonographic and CT findings are well-demarcatedsolidmass containing large portion of cystic necrosis.
