One case of the esophageal duplication cyst is presented. This lesion is appeared as a right paratracheal masson chest PA and well marginated round homongeneous mass in posterolateral aspect of trachea on chest CT. CT isuseful in evaluating the characteristics of lesion, the extent of lesion and anatomical relationship to otherorgans.
