Abstract
Steatocystoma multiplex is an infrequent epidermal appendageal cyst which is inherited as an autosomal
domiant trait. Mammography showed multiple, well-demarcated partly conglomerated, small radiolucent
nodules with thin capsule which were distributed in the subcutaneous fat tissues in both breasts and extending
to the axillary area. These mammographic findings are very characteristic and virtually diagnostic for the
disease.
