Giant cell tumor is considered benign tumor which is predilected at the epiphysis of the long bone in the young adult and easily recunent or metastases after ordinary treatment. The treatment in this tumor is curetting and cauterizing with filling of the defect with cancellous bone chips. Recently, we experienced a case of giant cell tumor of bone which involved in the distal part of left radius with partial destruction of cortex which was treated by wide excision in length of 10cm. and its substitution with fibular graft. Micrascopic finding revealed Grade-II Giant cell tumor of bone. Twenty months follows up shows fairly good functional restoration, of left wrist and any specific disabilities, bony resorption necrosis, signs of any local recurence of the bone tumor or metastasis to other regirns, The patient returned to her daily life without any trouble.
