Malignant mixed Mullerian tumor of is a rare tumor containing epitbebal and mesenchymal components. Almost all mixed Mullerian tumors are found in postmenopausal women, often with low parity and usually in an advanced stage, Malignant mixed Mullerian tumor is highly malignagt and the prognosis is poor due to frequent metastasis and reeurrence. We expexienced two caees of malignant mixed Mullerinn tumor of ovary and report with a brief review of the literature.
