This is the third reparted case of choriomrcinoma during pregnancy in Korea. A 28-years-old gravida 2 patient with an intrauterine pregnancy of 29 weeks had a coexisting vaginal metastatic choricareinorna. After temimtion of pregnancy, treatment with triple combiriation chemotherapy (methotrexate, actinomycin-D, cytaxen) was successfully done.
