Gouty bursitis is one of clinical manifestation of the gout, which is metabolic disease induced by disturbed purine metabolism. Authors report a case of multifocal gouty bursitis on both olecranon and both prepatella bursa accompanied with articular gout in a 58 years old man. The patient was treated by removal of bursal sac with tophaceous salt surgically and conservative treatment.
