Complete anterior dislocation of the sacroiliac joint is extremely rare and the very severe injury, and it causes multiple complications and presents a major therapeutic problem. We are aware of only one case previously reported in the literature, in which the treatment was open reduction and internal fixation. We attempted to treat complete anterior dislocation of the sacroiliac joint and followed up for more than 18 months. A report of these 2 cases in presented here.
