Multifocal eosinophilic granuloma is extremely rare. The authors have experienced a case of multifocal eosinophilic granuloma in 5th lumbar vertebra, right 3rd rib, skull and both lung in 52 year old male. For the lumbar vertebra, currettage and posterior fusion was done and all of the lesion was irradicated and systemic prednisolone treatment was done.
