Abstract
A subungual exostosis is a benign bone tumor found on the distal phalanx of a digit, beneath or adjacent to the nail. Authors report 3 cases of subungual exostoses. All of them were male patients and big toe was involved in 2 cases. When terminal phalanx of a toe shows deformity of a nail with skin change, radiological examination is required for the proper diagnosis. Complete local excision including cartilaginous cap lead to excellent results.
