A clinical evaluation in our department has been achieved through 109 cases, 84 children diagnosed as trigger finger. The results are as follows:1. Most of the disease are from thumb, 104 cases(95.4%) and the others from 4 cases of middle finger and 1 case of ring finger. 5. The flexion deformity of phalangeal joint and the Notta's node were shown in whole cases:The snapping sounds were occured in 24 cases(22.2%) 6. Complications brought 1 case of superficial skin infection and 4 cases of residual flexion contracture. Yet the latter are below 15°. 7. Whole 109 cases were performed with operation which resulted in successful treatment.
