Macrodactyly is a rare congenital malformation characterized by an increase in the size of all the elements or structures of a digit or digits. The condition is usually unilateral but may occur bilateral with or without symmetry. The authors experienced one case, grotesque and enlarged macrodactyly of second and third of left foot in 18 year old male, which was treated with soft tissue debulking procedure and reduction syndactyly.
