Now days there exists few cases of old unreduced elbow dislocation even in the underdeveloped countries. Operative treatment is recognized as a treatment of choics as advocated by many authors. A 37 year old female was seen after 3 months from initial injury at Chungang Gil Hospital in July, 1991 and treated with open reduction. The patient then was followed-up for 12 months. A satisfying range of movement of elbow joint was achieved.
