Acromioclavicular joint injuries are frequently seen with the recent increase of traffic and industrial accidents. There are many procedures descrived for the treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation but there are still controversies concerning the best treatment of these injuries. We experienced a case of acromioclavicular joint dislocation associated with fracture of the acromion process and clavicle treated by open reduction and internal fixation.
