The residual foodstuffs are seen to remain in the piriform sinus and vallecular fossa in the videofluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS) (C). The Brain magnetic resonance imaging shows an enhancement along the internal acoustic canal, vestibular organ and left facial nerve (D).
