Abstract

A 17-year-old male was presented withfpruritic grouped erythematous papules on the face, chest, upper back, both axillae, and genital area.
The histologic picture of a benign papilloma and spongiosis around the acrosyringium were prominent findings.
The term acrosyringeal epidermal nevus is proposed for this histological picture, and some explanations for its pathogenesis are suggested.
