Abstract

A 45 year-old Korean woman presented with multiple pruritic umbilicated papules on both ankles of 3 months duration.
Histopathologic findings showed calcium deposits in the upper dermis and the transepidermal elimination of calcium. This is a very rare presentation of calcinosis cutis.
