Abstract

Cornual pregnancy is very rare and its diagnosis is very difficult due to the distensibility of the uterus at the cornu. However, tender cystic enlargement at one horn of the uterus is suggestive of this type of ectopic gestation in this case.
A case is reported of unruptured cornual pregnancy, diagnosed before operation, with a review of the literatures.
