Abstract
Congenital broanchobiliary and tracheobiliary fistula are rare disease, and 12 cases had been reported in the world literature. Now, we present a case of bronchobiliary fistula diagnosed in adult. A 24-year-old woman hasbeen suffered from chronic cough accompaning yellowish sputum since her childhood and treated with antituberculous drugs intermittently under the impression of pulmonary tuberculosis. She admitted our hospital due to sudden dyspnea developed two months after delivery of her first baby. A diagnosis of bronchobiliary fistula could be madeusing series of radiologic studies, including plain films, esophagogram, hepatobiliary scan and chest CT.
