Values are presented as number of patients (%). Percentages reflect the proportion of patients in the state before transitioning. For example, among 335 patients from OP (state 0), 142 patients (42.4%) stayed at OP state without any further events. Seven patients (2.1%) developed LR (state 1). Another 142 patients developed Meta (42.4%), 15 patients developed LR+Meta (4.5%), and 29 patients (8.7%) died. Among 54 patients from LR+Meta (state 3), only one patient (1.9%) stayed at LR+Meta without any further event, and 53 patients (98.1%) died (state 4).
