In massive avulsion type major extremity amputations, such as shoulder, forearm, thigh, leg amputation, warm ischemic time before and during microvascular replantation is the most important factor in successive prognosis. Recently we have experienced successible results of catheteriztion in long replantation surgery and reports its clinical benefits.
