It is considered that Secretan's disease is very rare disease which has few case report in the world. The clinical manifestations are dorsal hard edema, flexion deformity of fingers except thumb & hyperextension deformity on metacarpophalangeal joint. Although many methods have been used for the treatment, recurrence occurs frequently. Recently we experienced a case of Secretans disease and treated by dorsal fibroma excision and tenolysis. We have obtained a relatively satisfactory result during recent follow up period.
