Abstract

Left ventricular diverticulum is rare cardiac malformation;fewer than 30 cases have been reported in the world.
We present a case of left ventricular diverticulum with chest pain suggested unstable angina. Myocardial rupture of this case was occured during cardiac catherization. patient was recovered and discharged. Relevant literature was also reviewed.
