Chronological findings of dynamic CT scan. At diagnosis, a 2 cm sized arterial enhancing lesion (A) with portal wash-out (B) was noted. (C, D) After 18 months, the lesion increased to more than 7 cm in sized (long arrow) and portal vein invasion was also present (short arrow). (E) At 24 months, the lesion has markedly decreased in size and it was devoid of enhancement (long arrow). (F) Obliteration of portal vein can also be observed (short arrow).
