<abstract>
<p>Despite all preventive efforts, aspiration of foreign body during clinical dental procedures occurs occasionally. Careful clinical physical examination, proper assessment of radiography and prompt emergency treatment can prevent any potentially serious consequences. In this report, we will report serial cases of foreign body in different situation from mild cases to severe cases and suggest some clinical guidelines to dental health care providers.</p>
