<abstract>
<p>Xanthogranulomatous epididymitis is extremely uncommon inflammatory disease of the epididymis that may result in massive destruction of the organ. It's clinical manifestation mimics epididymal tumor or abscess, which does not allow easy discrimination between theses diseases. We report here on a case of xanthogranulomatous epididymitis in a 69 years old man that, did not respond to antibiotic therapy.</p>
